Affiliate & Partner Program Policy

1. Overview

The WP HealthKit Partner Program ("Program") allows approved partners ("Partners", "Affiliates", "you") to earn commissions by referring new customers to WP HealthKit ("Service"), operated by BuiltByGo LTD ("Company", "we", "us"). By joining the Program, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

2. Eligibility & Enrolment

• The Program is open to individuals and businesses with a relevant audience (bloggers, content creators, WordPress developers, agencies, educators, and similar).
• Applications are reviewed within 24 hours. We reserve the right to reject or terminate any application or membership at our discretion.
• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to participate.
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

3. Commission Structure

Partners earn a percentage of each sale generated through their unique referral link. Commissions are lifetime recurring — you earn on every payment for as long as the referred customer remains a paying subscriber.

• Commission tiers apply retroactively to all existing referrals when you reach a new tier.
• Commission applies to all WP HealthKit products: Single Audit (£4.99), Pro subscription (£29/month), and Agency subscription (£149/month).
• Commission is calculated on the net sale amount (excluding taxes, refunds, and chargebacks).

4. Referral Tracking

• Each Partner receives a unique referral link containing a tracking code.
• Referral cookies have a 90-day attribution window. If a user clicks your link and makes a purchase within 90 days, the sale is attributed to you.
• First-click attribution applies — the first affiliate whose link the customer clicks receives the commission.
• Self-referrals (purchasing through your own affiliate link) are not permitted and will result in commission reversal.

5. Payouts

• Commissions are paid monthly, 30 days after the commission is earned (to allow for the refund window).
• The minimum payout threshold is £50. Balances below £50 roll over to the next month.
• Payouts are processed via PayPal, bank transfer (ACH/SEPA), or other methods available through our partner platform (Partnero).
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes on your earnings. We do not withhold taxes on affiliate commissions.

6. Refunds & Chargebacks

• If a referred customer receives a refund within 14 days of purchase, the associated commission is reversed.
• After 14 days, commissions are locked in and will not be reversed due to refunds.
• If a chargeback or dispute is filed, the commission for that transaction will be reversed regardless of the time period.
• Excessive refund rates (above 15% of referred sales) may result in account review or termination.

7. Promotional Guidelines

Partners are encouraged to promote WP HealthKit through legitimate channels. The following are permitted:

• Blog posts, articles, and content marketing
• YouTube videos and podcast mentions
• Social media posts (Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
• Email newsletters to your own subscriber list
• WordPress community forums and groups (where permitted by community rules)
• Comparison and review websites
• Educational courses and tutorials

The following are prohibited:

• Paid search ads bidding on "WP HealthKit", "wphealthkit", or our brand name
• Cookie stuffing, forced clicks, or any form of click fraud
• Spam (unsolicited emails, bulk DMs, comment spam)
• Misleading claims about the product, pricing, or features
• Impersonating WP HealthKit or BuiltByGo staff
• Using the WP HealthKit name or logo in domain names without written permission
• Incentivised clicks or signups (e.g., "click my link and I'll give you £5")
• Any promotion that violates applicable laws or regulations

8. Intellectual Property

• Partners may use the WP HealthKit name and logo in promotional materials, provided they are used accurately and not modified.
• Marketing assets (logos, banners, badges) are provided through the partner dashboard.
• You may not register domain names, social media handles, or app names containing "WP HealthKit" or "wphealthkit" without written permission.

9. Relationship

• Partners are independent contractors, not employees, agents, or representatives of BuiltByGo LTD.
• This Program does not create a partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship.
• Partners are solely responsible for their own taxes, insurance, and compliance with applicable laws.

10. Termination

• Either party may terminate the affiliate relationship at any time with 30 days written notice.
• We may terminate immediately for violation of these terms, fraud, or conduct that damages the WP HealthKit brand.
• Upon termination, pending commissions that have cleared the 30-day hold period will be paid out. Unpaid commissions below the £50 minimum threshold are forfeited.
• Referral tracking and attribution will cease upon termination.

11. Liability & Disclaimers

• WP HealthKit is provided "as is". We do not guarantee specific conversion rates, earnings, or results from the Partner Program.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Program.
• We reserve the right to modify commission rates, tier thresholds, cookie duration, and other Program terms with 30 days notice to active partners.

12. Modifications

We may update this policy at any time. Material changes (commission rates, tier thresholds, payout terms) will be communicated to active partners via email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued participation after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
