I found a bug — how do I report it?
Use this form with the subject ‘Bug Report’. If the issue relates to a specific audit result, include your audit ID (starts with aud_) so we can reproduce it.
Do you offer custom enterprise plans?
Yes. We can provide custom audit volumes, dedicated infrastructure, SLA agreements, and white-label options beyond the standard Agency plan. Select ‘Enterprise enquiry’ from the form.

How do I cancel or change my plan?
You can change or cancel your plan directly from your dashboard under Settings → Billing. No need to contact support — changes take effect immediately or at the end of your billing period.
